on this the 5th day of December AD 1876 personally appeared before me clerk of the County Court in and for the County and State aforesaid.
William H. C. Irick and Elizabeth Irick residents of Anderson County Tennessee and made oath in due form of the Law that Solomon Demarcus late of Capt. Richard Marshall's company Tennessee Milita Died in Anderson County Tennessee on or about the 10th day of May AD 1841. That they was personally presant and saw him die and saw him burried. That Mary F. Demarcus his widow has not remarried since the death of her husband the said Solomon Demarcus but remains his widow to this date. That they have no intrust whatever in the claim of said Mary F. Demarcus for bounty land or Pension.
