- YADON, MRS. DELLA M. (EDMONDSON) - age 89 of Little Valley Road, Maynardville passed away 3:20 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2001 at Sunbridge Healthcare of Maynardville. She had professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by husband, Charles (Rube) Yadon; parents, Milt and Neil Edmondson; four sisters and two brothers. Survivors: sister, Opal Glazier, Cincinnati, Ohio; special nephews, J.M. Bailey, Virgil Yadon, both of Maynardville, Jack Edmondson, Knoxville; a host of other nieces and nephews. Funeral services 2 p.m. Sunday Cooke Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Gabril Haynes, Rev. Richard Nicley officiating with music by Linda Nicley and Patsy Buckner.
