PATE, JOSHUA TYLER, - age 24, of Mount Washington, Ky., formerly of Corbin, Ky. passed away May 31, 2000. Preceded in death by grandparents, Alvin and Edith Cogdill, and W.T. Sr. and Beulah Pate.
Survivors: parents, W.T. Jr. & Annette Pate of Jonesborough, Tenn.; children, Zachary Tyler Pate, Caelan Marie Pate; brothers, W. T. III (Tic) Pate, Matthew Pate, both of Johnson City, Tenn., formerly of Corbin, Ky.; sister, Whitney Pate of Jonesborough, Tenn., formerly of Corbin, Ky.; nephews, Caleb, Dylan and Ethan; niece, Lyndsey; 6 aunts; 7 uncles; 39 first cousins. Funeral 2 p.m. Saturday, Berry Chapel. Ministers Hugh Cole and Danny Laszewski officiating. Interment Cate Cemetery, Jefferson County, Tennessee. Pallbearers will be dear friend Marcus Fox and close cousins. Honorary pallbearers all members of The Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers Division 365, Louisville, Ky. Family will receive friends 6-9 p.m. Friday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
