- HUFFAKER, PAULINE UNDERWOOD - age 89 of Knoxville died 4:20 a.m. Saturday, June 24, 2006 at St. Mary's Residential Hospice. She was a retired Independent Volunteer with St. Mary's Hospital. She was preceded in death by husband, Hugh R. Huffaker; father, Newton T. Underwood; mother, Alice DeVore Underwood; and brother, Leonard D. Underwood. Survivors: daughter: Alta Joyce Huffaker of Knoxville, several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the charity of your choice, or St. Mary's Residential Hospice 7447 Andersonville Pike, Knoxville, TN 37938.
