- Mrs. Bettie Wilson died at General Hospital at 4:20 p. m. yesterday, a victim of double pneumonia. She was 65.
Surviving are one son, Guy M. Wilson of Knoxville; seven sisters, Mrs. Florence Boyd and Mrs. Mattie Bishop, of Knoxville, Mrs Sadie Stokes, Mrs, Josie Stokes, Mrs. Susie Black, Mrs. Ollie Reed and Mrs, Bertha Spradlin, all living in other states; and four brothers, W. C. Humphrey of Andersonville, S. M. Humphrey of Asheville, J. B. Humphrey of Detroit and Charles Humphrey of Andersonville.
The body is at Holley Undertaking Co. at Clinton. It is to reach Knoxville at 4 p. m. today for funeral which will be held at 2 p. m. tomorrow at Oakwood Baptist Church. The Rev. J. LeRoy Steel officiating. Burial in Glenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be nephews, Oldham [Olen], Oscar, Woodrow, Creed and Moss Evans, and Edward Humphrey all of Powell's.
Six nieces will be flower girls. They are Agnes Reed, Pruda Reed, Rugh Bishop, Ethel Evans, Lorraine Humphrey and Jeanette Evans.
