CATLETT, WILLIAM HARVE -- age 72, of Kodak, passed away Tuesday at Baptist Hospital. He was an active member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church and retired from House Hasson Hardware Company with over 13 years of service. He was a WWII Air Force Veteran having served in the 8th Air Force Division and received the Distinguished Flying Cross. Survivors: wife, Emma Ruth Elder Catlett of Kodak; sons, Larry Catlett of Nashville, Stephen Catlett of Kodak; brother, Ben Norman Catlett of Panama City, Fla.; six grandchildren. Funeral service 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at McCarty's Evergreen Chapel, Rev. John Thierbach officiating. Interment 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Oakgrove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to The Arthritis Foundation-Smoky Mountain Branch, 1104 Merchants Rd., Ste 102, Knoxville, TN. 37912. The family will receive friends 6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday at McCarty's Evergreen Chapel Funeral Home, 7426 Asheville Hwy.
