- POLLARD, NINA BAILEY - of Knoxville passed away Friday January 15, 2010 at Shannondale Nursing Home after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by husband, James F. (Jim) Pollard; daughter, Darla Woods; parents, James H. and Gertrude Bailey; brother, James W. Bailey. Survivors: daughter, Judy Rogers and husband Don; grandchildren, Kevin Woods and wife Emma, Sean and Eric Pedersen; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Harriett Bailey Hough; sister in law, Sue Helton and husband Clyde. Special thanks to Jacqueline Tate. The funeral service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday in the chapel of Bridges Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 A.M.
