- TURNER, ROBERT LEE ( BOB) - age 57 of Knoxville, passed away Saturday at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church and a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he earned a B.S. in Business. Bob was a loving husband and father who devoted himself whole heartedly to his family. His laughter always filled the room and made people smile. Preceded in death by: his father, Hazelwood Turner and brother-in-law, Alvin Redell. Survived by: loving wife of 31 years, Dawn Kiser Turner; children, Dr. Andy Turner and wife Diana; daughter, Natalie Turner Pratt and husband Nelson; mother, Naomi Turner; brother, Dr. Ron Turner; sister, Brenda Turner Redell and loving dog, Lexie. Family and friends will meet at the West Adair entrance to Lynnhurst Cemetery at 1:15 p.m. Monday for a 1:30 p.m. graveside service with Rev. Doug White officiating. Honorary pallbearers: Johnny Schneider, Doug White, David White, David Ellis, Hu-Ed Sharp, Frank Jones, Axson Minhinnett, Jay Crippen, Frank Pickel.
