- WADE, THOMAS MICHAEL "MIKE" - age 55 of Knoxville, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2005 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was a member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church. He belonged to the General Motors Service Advisors Association and was an avid Tennessee Volunteer fan. Preceded in death by: father, Howard Allen Wade, Sr. Survived by: loving wife of 32 years, Caroline Wade; son, Michael Allen Wade; daughter, Caroline Macall Wade; granddaughter, Kailee Caroline Maples; mother, Dorene Wade; brothers, Allen Wade Jr. and wife Janie, Ron Wade and wife Nina; nephews, Jimmy, Matthew and Preston Gibson; nieces, Alex Gibson, Jennifer Wade, Beverly Daniel and husband Bobby; great niece, Lauren Daniel; brothers-in-law, Chuck Gibson and wife Leslie, Albert Gibson Jr. and wife Pam. The family would like to express their appreciation for the love and support of their extended Vanderbilt family and "the Knoxville Girls", Linda Wampler, Pattie Evans, and Peggy Foster. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday, April 18 at Berry Funeral Home on Chapman Hwy.
