  Henry's will was written on Jan 30, 1760 and proved on Nov 28, 1760 so Henry had died by that date. In his will, he appoints his wife as executrix, names his seven children, and states that all of his children were under eighteen years of age. He divides his estate equally between his wife and children and leaves either one hundred acres of land or cash with which to buy land to his sons. [1]
