Notes:

Thomas' will is dated Sep 8, 1829 and it states that he is weak and infirm in body. He names his sons John Henson and Johnathan B joint executors of his estate. To his son Colmore, he leaves one dollar. To his son John Henson, he leaves a cow and a calf, a feather bed, and furniture. To his son Johnathan B, he leaves one dollar. He states that the remainder of his estate goes to his wife, Margaret and that after her death, it should be equally divided between his three daughters.

Notes:

Henry's will was written on Jan 30, 1760 and proved on Nov 28, 1760 so Henry had died by that date. In his will, he appoints his wife as executrix, names his seven children, and states that all of his children were under eighteen years of age. He divides his estate equally between his wife and children and leaves either one hundred acres of land or cash with which to buy land to his sons.

Henry married Sarah before 1747. Sarah was born about 1716; died after 1776. [Group Sheet]
